Sales Excellence - Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Excellence Intern to support our Sales Operations team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in sales strategy, process optimization, analytics, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the fintech and payments industry while developing analytical and operational skills.

Responsibilities
Support Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Assist the sales team in planning activities and preparing reports.
  • Help with basic forecasting and research tasks.
Sales Process Support
  • Help document and maintain sales workflows and processes.
  • Support the team in identifying improvement areas.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards.
  • Compile data for tracking KPIs and sales trends.
CRM Support
  • Help maintain CRM data integrity.
  • Support updates and basic configurations under supervision.
Deal & Documentation Support
  • Assist in drafting basic deal-related documents.
  • Help track contract progress and compliance checklists.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with teams like marketing and product for data collection.
  • Support meetings and follow-up tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales operations, analytics, or fintech.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Duration of the internship: 3-6 months (can be extended based on performance and business need)
